SETI-Edventures is an independently operated, science-forward engagement platform focused on education, exploration, and public understanding of SETI-related science.
It is operated by The Fulfillment Source Code (TFSC) and is not a program of the SETI Institute..
SETI-Edventures is a science-forward way for people to explore big questions about life in the universe. It uses short, ready-to-run modules and guided experiences (Edventures).
It is community-led and local by design. Cities, universities, and clubs can run sessions without creating new organizations or layers of management. Participation is voluntary and peer-led. The goal is to make real SETI science more accessible and social while staying lightweight and low-risk for any partner institution.
Coordination happens mainly through Discord for onboarding, events, resources, and feedback. The work amplifies existing SETI-related efforts. It does not replace them.
- It is not a place for speculation, unscientific claims, or unsupervised interpretation of SETI research.
- It is not a new institution, lecture series, or research lab.
- It does not grant scientific authority or free-form branding rights.
- It does not require institutions to manage day-to-day local activities..
